I’ve never had any issue is 22 years. However I recently didn’t receive my end of year accounts and I contacted you on the last day to see if I would receive them to be told my accountant had left. I would have liked an email to let me know plwhat was happening rather than me expecting to receive my accounts. – How would you describe our performance overall?
