Not great this years - our work just wasn't planned in appropriately and left with little done for a good few months before I started to chase, at which point you seemed to have little time available to do the job. – How would you describe our performance overall?

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback Angela. We didn't schedule the work in correctly when the job arrived and this led to delays at our end. I'm sorry you had to chase us on this occasion. That should never be the case.
