I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Johathan Ford & Co. I contacted you on Monday and my tax return was completed by the Friday - even though I had left it until January! I was contacted by one of your accountants (John Mansley) who dealt with all my queries promptly and I feel that I understand and have learned more about my tax affairs in the past week than I have ever understood before! He is very efficient, friendly and made the whole process smooth. I have had poor experiences with accountants in the past so I was nervous about trying someone new, but this experience means that I will be staying with Jonathan Ford and Co and would also recommend you to others. – How would you describe our performance overall?
