I feel it’s been slightly unorganised over the past year with poor communication. I had to chase up about my accounts being done. Even though the cost for services hasn’t gone up I still think they are quite high especially for someone who’s income is under tax threshold. – How would you describe our performance overall?

I was troubled by the fact that my tax return figures went to your email trash and stayed there unnoticed for about a month until I followed up on progress. This has delayed things and means that I am not aware of my tax situation at the close of the calendar year; something I was keen to have sorted. – How would you describe our performance overall?

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. I believe, however, this review to be a little unfair. Anne processed the fortnightly payroll on the Tuesday as she had booked the rest of the week off. Later on Tuesday evening you advised of an overtime payment to be included. Under normal circumstances, Anne would have amended the payroll on Wednesday. Since Anne was on holiday, I subsequently manually calculated an additional amount to pay the member of staff, which I advised to you on Thursday afternoon ahead of the Friday pay date. This extra work was provided to you without charge. A lot of accountants and payroll bureau would simply have charged for the amendment or insisted they will only process it on the next pay run.

I'm scoring based on current performance which is not what it was. My tax return was posted two weeks ago. Nothing back yet. I had to chase confirmation of receipt. Today I have had to then confirm details of rent and pension I'd already sent. And then advise as to what the daily rent allowance might be. This is all with the underlying concern that there is going to be an expectation going forward of me to manually upload hundreds of receipts myself (which would be from my perspective pretty much half the job I'm paying for). So not overjoyed tbh. – How would you describe our performance overall?

my previous contact Sarah was always contactable and happy to help. Basically I pay 45pcm and apart from a few ongoing enquiries throughout the year all JF do for me is my tax return. So to make numerous attempts to contact somebody since Sarah left and not receive any call backs has been very frustrating. I am ready to submit my tax return and have a few questions and lo and behold nobody picks up the phone – How would you describe our performance overall?
