As I head rapidly toward retirement, I want to express my absolute gratitude to Jonathan, Alison, John and the many other staff who have supported myself and my organisation over the last 14 years. Jonathan Ford have been professional, informative, supportive and on many occasions very patient and understanding of myself. Their service is always prompt, helpful and importantly, explained in clear terms. They have made a significant difference to our organisation across our successes and challenges; by providing us with the knowledge and support for our next steps.
