Hi Mike, sorry you feel the extra fee charged in January is a punishment. The additional fee is really to cover the additional work we have to do in issuing extra reminders to clients that wait until January. We have tried to ensure that clients were all aware of the extra charge. Conversely we make a donation to charity for every client that provides their tax information early.

We'd love to help you complete your tax return early in the year so if there are any ways we can help to make that happen then just let me know.

Using Xero is creating a huge amount of work for me as it isn't flexible and I have to enter some information 3 time. I have also asked to chat through how parts of my company operates regarding expenditure but takes to long to get someone on the phone. – How would you describe our performance overall?
