I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Johathan Ford & Co. I contacted you on Monday and my tax return was completed by the Friday - even though I had left it until January! I was contacted by one of your accountants (John Mansley) who dealt with all my queries promptly and I feel that I understand and have learned more about my tax affairs in the past week than I have ever understood before! He is very efficient, friendly and made the whole process smooth. This is the first year of me using an accountant, so I have nothing to compare it with, however I never felt as if I had to worry that the accountancy side of the business was not being taken care of. So one less thing for me to worry about is a great service as far as I am concerned. Xero suits my business and that fact that at anyone time there is someone able to help and query anything in real time is extremely reassuring.
