  2. Extremely effective advice and support. For example JF and Co advised that we might be entitled to an R&D Tax Credit. Over the last 3 years that tax credit has been a significant factor in supporting the growth of the business. – How would you describe our performance overall?

  5. we had several problems with shean really not getting what we were asking for when the sale of the deli was going through. deciding to close the office on friday caused a lot of stress to us when we advised you we needed the info on monday and did not get it incorrectly on tuesday. – How would you describe our performance overall?

  9. Good quality and generally very thorough and professional, so inspiring plenty of confidence in the services provided. Not surprisingly, fees generally reflect this, although provision of the facility to pay by installments AT NO EXTRA COST was an unexpected bonus, perhaps recognising the need to be competetively priced when dealing with the less affluent.. – How would you describe our performance overall?

  28. Great, ( I never give 10's, so a 9 is pretty fantastic). Always prompt to get back to me & explaining anything that I don't understand...which can be a great deal as I'm form & HMRC phobic. I wanted a friendly, straight forward, honest low risk approach to my accounts & that's what's delivered. On line services are good too for getting things signed off. – How would you describe our performance overall?
