Outstanding! Alison is great for me, she explains my queries well and answers promptly. John looks after me on P11D & payroll which I haven't had to use too much however when I do speak to him he is extremely helpful and turns all my work around extremely quickly. Poor. I feel that my accounts and accounting are only considered once a year at end of year. It would be helpful if my accountant kept in touch to highlight problems before, or as they occur, rather than when it's too late. I'm disappointed. – How would you describe our performance overall?
