This is the first year of me using an accountant, so I have nothing to compare it with, however I never felt as if I had to worry that the accountancy side of the business was not being taken care of. So one less thing for me to worry about is a great service as far as I am concerned. Xero suits my business and that fact that at anyone time there is someone able to help and query anything in real time is extremely reassuring.
