After some issues with our previous accountants we have been extremely happy since our switch to Jonathan Ford. I feel it’s been slightly unorganised over the past year with poor communication. I had to chase up about my accounts being done. I was troubled by the fact that my tax return figures went to your email trash and stayed there unnoticed for about a month until I followed up on progress.
